O/L Residence

A project designed on a very inclined plot amongst nature and Kalogiroi view perspectives, the house is developed in two main levels with an entertainment space underneath. The inclinations of the ground allow different relations of the main spaces with the exterior. Ground floor spaces suggest an open, almost exposed space. Its long, glazed surfaces leave the light go through and unite interior with exterior spaces.

Living spaces are multiplied by visual and movement proximities whereas the pool yard becomes part of them. 

The facades are cladded with Alucobond panels, which are transformed into building element, with wood features strategically positioned and fare faced concrete giving a feeling of elegant materiality to the volumes of the house. The use of natural materials, such as metal, concrete, and wood, suggests a unique,contemporary architecture.
