MAgapiou Residence

The design, influenced by the architect’s long-standing experiences in the area, aims to capture the essence of spending time in the woods, the communal aspects resembling a ‘hub space’.

The ground floor area mirrors the existing building at approximately 200 m2, elongated north to south to maximize interaction with the east-sloping village views. The structure embraces the design, creating a two-storey building with multiple uses within and without the residence.

4 bedrooms, maid’s room, playroom and a gym space are the main interior spaces along with an exterior space with a bar, a bbq and a pool.
