Kifisia Residence spa

KRS conceived as a collection of sophisticated, clean-lined home with a seamless connection between inside and out, bathed in fresh ample light.

The project is the most recent phase of a 2000m2 house in Kifisia. Due to the nature of the spaces, this 3 floor building can also be called as, a Wellness Spa. It is surrounded by nature yet within a sophisticated architectural environment utilizing earth-borne materials such as limestone, granite and wood.

KRS is maximizing its stunning views with empathy to nature, fresh air & herbs. The Spa combines intimate inner ‘green’ courtyard dappled in shade created by native plants & flora accessed by 3floor gym space. The Spa journey features three phases of ‘reveal’ as the guest journeys through its collection of boutique-sized spaces. Beginning at the arrival areas with peaceful internally focused courtyards that set the mood.
Exterior materiality, is reb-brick split into various patters and this is to give the continouity from the front house to the spa house.
